Agua Viva Baga Brut is a rosé sparkling wine that has an extraordinary minerality, with fine and delicate aromas of wild fruits, such as raspberry and wild strawberries, along with aromas of toast and yeast. It is a delicate, floral sparkling wine, with a fine and persistent mousse and very subtle acidity.
Winemaking:
Agua Viva Baga Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with red grape varieties of Baga planted in the Bairrada wine region. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees. It's aged in the bottle for 60 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Agua Viva Baga Bruto is a delicate, mineral and very aromatic rosé sparkling wine. Displays notes of wild berries, touches of toasted bread, and yeast along with subtle aromas of green citrus. It features a fine bubble, an exquisite mousse along with a fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
