Casa Dos Amados Todos Bruto Rose is a fine fruity sparkling wine, displaying dominant aromas of wild red fruits, along with delicious notes of toast, dried fruit and light yeast. It presents delicious raspberry mousse, fine and long-lasting bubbles and very well-integrated acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa Dos Amados Todos Bruto Rosé is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with red grape varieties of Baga planted in the Bairrada wine region. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 6 months in contact with fine lees prior the second fermentation. It stayed into the bottle, sur lie, in the Cellar for 12 months.

Casa Dos Amados Todos Bruto Rose is a delicate and fine sparkling wine. It has a delicious aromatic complexity in the mouth. It displays dominant notes of wild red fruits, highlighting flavours of red berries and raspberries, along with hints of dried fruits, toasted bread, light yeast, delicate bubbles and great acidity that gives it great freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
