Luis Pato Baga Rosé is a very elegant sparkling wine with a fine and persistent bubble and rich and fresh aromas of red berries and citrus fragrances. It is a fantastic, soft sparkling wine that still has notes of toasted bread and mild yeast and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Luis Pato Baga Rosé is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with Baga red grapes variety from the region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 6 months. It's aged in the bottle for 12 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Luis Pato Baga Rosé is an elegant, balanced sparkling wine with intense aromas of wild red fruits, ripe citrus nuances, and a very soft and very fine bubble. It features a mousse of redcurrant and raspberry aromas along with notes of toasted bread and delicious acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
