Campolargo Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with autochthonous white grape varieties of Bical, Cerceal, and Arinto from the wine region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented, separately, at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it has stayed for 6 months. It has been aged in the bottle for 12 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
Campolargo is a brut sparkling wine with fine bubbles and citrus aromas. It presents a creamy mousse that displays soft orange aromas, in addition to a very refined acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.

Casa Ermelinda Freitas is a sparkling wine Brut, which features plenty of freshness and elegance, from the region of the Peninsula de Setubal. It's a sparkling wine of fruity aroma, citrus, tropical notes, with slight nuances of toast and it presents some fresh yeast touch. It has a fantastic acidity and a wraparound and velvety mousse.
Quinta do Moinho is a Brut sparkling wine that presents notes of vibrant fruit, aromas of wild berries, and golden apples. On the nose, nuances of delicate floral perfumes, aromas of yeast, toasted bread and almonds stand out. It presents a velvety mousse, fine bubbles and elegant acidity.
Murganheira Red Brut has a deep beautiful ruby colour. Reveals high concentration of red fruit aromas wrapped on an exuberant and fine mousse. It's extremely elegant and aromatic, with a balanced and lingering's final.
