Campolargo is a Brut sparkling wine from the Bairrada wine region that has a balanced structure and good aromatic notes of green apple, lime, and thyme nuances. It is a sparkling wine with a fine bubble, persistent orange note mousse, and citric acidity.
Winemaking:
Campolargo Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with autochthonous white grape varieties of Bical, Cerceal, and Arinto from the wine region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented, separately, at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it has stayed for 6 months. It has been aged in the bottle for 12 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Tasting Notes:
Campolargo is a brut sparkling wine with fine bubbles and citrus aromas. It presents a creamy mousse that displays soft orange aromas, in addition to a very refined acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
