Marques de Marialva Blanc de Noirs Brut is a young, fresh sparkling wine that presents a bouquet of fruity aromas. Notes of quince, pomegranate, and green apple stand out, along with delicate notes of fine pastry and fresh yeast. It is a sparkling wine that still presents fine bubbles, a mousse of baked quince, and dazzling acidity.
Winemaking:
Marques de Marialva Blanc de Noirs Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with red grape varieties of Baga from the Bairrada wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process the wine was transferred French oak barrels, where it stayed for 4 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation the sparkling wine aged for 24 months in the cellar.

Marques de Marialva Blanc de Noirs Brut is an elegant and fresh sparkling wine with very fine and persistent bubbles. It displays a floral and fruity bouquet where notes of quince, green apple, pastry and fresh yeast stand out, as well as a very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
