Winemaking:
Casa de Saima Reserva Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with autochthonous white grape varieties of Bical, Cerceal, Chardonnay, and Maria Gomes from the wine region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented, separately, at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it has stayed for 6 months. It has been aged in the bottle for 24 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Grape Varieties:
Bical, Cerceal, Chardonnay, Maria Gomes.

Tasting Notes:
Casa de Saima Reserva Bruto is an eclectic sparkling wine, with clear citrus aromas and notes of toasted bread together with a very fine and delicate bubble and an extraordinary volume in the mouth.

Store and Serve Advice:
It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
