Azul Portugal Bairrada Brut is a wonderful sparkling wine from the region of Bairrada in Portugal, with intense aromas of white fruits with notes of apricot and plum. It's elegant and complex, full of freshness and toasty notes with a persistent mousse and a fine bubble.
Winemaking:
Azul Portugal Bairrada Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grapes from the region of Bairrada such as Pedernã and Bical. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks where it stayed for 6 months. It's aged in the bottle for 18 months in the cellar, after the second fermentation.
