Quinta do Valdoeiro Baga Arinto Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine from the region of Bairrada which presents a medium bubble, subtle aromas of forest fruits, toast, yeast, hazelnuts and delicate notes of dried figs. It has a lively and elegant acidity balanced by an attractive mousse.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Valdoeiro Baga Arinto Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with Baga and Arinto red grapes from the region of Bairrada. The wine was pressed in pneumatic presses and fermented in oak wood barrels in contact with fine lees. It stays in the bottle for 2 years in the cellar, after the second fermentation.

Quinta do Valdoeiro Baga Arinto Brut is a Portuguese sparkling wine with a very elegant mousse, dried fruit aromas, hints of yeast, and fresh wild berries. It has a very firm acidity.

It should be served at 8ºC to avoid destroying the flavour of the grape.
