Quinta do Moinho is a Brut sparkling wine that presents notes of vibrant fruit, aromas of wild berries, and golden apples. On the nose, nuances of delicate floral perfumes, aromas of yeast, toasted bread and almonds stand out. It presents a velvety mousse, fine bubbles and elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Moinho is a Portuguese sparkling wine produced according to the Champenoise method with grape varieties of Baga from the Bairrada wine region. The wine was pressed and fermented at controlled temperatures. After the first fermentation process, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels, where it stayed for 12 months in contact with fine lees prior to being bottled. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine aged for 120 months in the cellar.

Quinta do Moinho is a complex, engaging, rich and high-quality Brut sparkling wine from the Bairrada wine region. It presents delicate notes of wild fruits alongside ripe orchard fruits with prevailing aromas and fragrances of apple trees and ripe pear. Displaying engaging flavours of ripe quince mousse, it presents fine bubbles, freshness and vibrant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
