Conceito Brut Nature is a remarkable sparkling wine. Reveals an explosion of fragrances, a remarkable freshness that comes alongside to the great white fruits aromas and toast. It has a balanced acidity and very refined bubble, which give the wine a great dynamic and an unusual liberty.
Winemaking:
Conceito Brut Nature is an outstanding sparkling wine that combines the classic character of a great white wine fermented in used wood, and the grapes of Grüner Veltliner, a native grapes variety from Austria, planted in the unique soils of the Douro Valley. It was produced according to the classical method. It was made a first fermentation and ageing of 8 months in French oak barrels, followed by the second fermentation in the bottle, with a 30 months stages in cold and controlled temperature.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
