Very light, bright yellow color. Delicate aroma, with very present vegetal nuances in harmony with some notes of stone and white fruits. Good volume of mouth, good acidity and fresh.
Winemaking:
The grapes, coming from old vines, were pressed and the musts decanted. The alcoholic fermentation occurred in stainless steel vats, and it staged 12 months in cement vats in the presence of fine lees.
Grape Varieties:
Borrado das Moscas, Rabo de Ovelha, Cercial.
Tasting Notes:
Very light, bright yellow color. Delicate aroma, with very present vegetal nuances in harmony with some notes of stone and white fruits. Good volume of mouth, good acidity and fresh.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
