Winemaking:
The grapes were vinified with total destemming followed by gentle crushing and maceration for about 12h. Clarification of the wort occurred next. The fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperatures between 12ºC and 16ºC. The wines staged in contact with the fine lees in stainless steel vats until bottling.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 18ºc. Serve at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Quinta Nova Pomares is a fresh and citric white wine from the Douro Region with an attractive aroma of citric fruits and white flowers. It features some apricots scents, some notes of gooseberry and white spices and a great minerality.
Quinta de Santiago Alvarinho Loureiro is an irreverent, young and fresh white wine from the wine region of Vinhos Verdes. It presents a citrusy bouquet, with floral nuances, balsamic notes, and extraordinary acidity.
Oboé Som da Barrica is a white wine of great aromatic complexity from the Douro region. It features aromas of ripe whitebark fruits, nuances of tropical fruits and notes of citrus fruits. It endowed with subtle notes of toast, presents a lot of freshness, an extraordinary unctuosity, a satiny texture, and a great acidity.
Gold color. Fine and enveloping aromas with notes of white fruit, aromatic herbs and, very discreet, notes of dried fruits. Complex with minerality and freshness. In the mouth it has a good volume, slightly unctuous, supported by a good minerality and acidity that give it an excellent balance. Very long finish, very deep and with slight notes of barrel.
Casa de Santar Vinha dos Amores Encruzado is an intense and complex white wine from the Dão region. It presents notes of dried apricot, vanilla, and toast. In the mouth, it is complex and elegant, with a very involving acidity and a long and persistent finish.
Dez Tostões is a delicate, enveloping and citrus white wine from the Alentejo region. It is dominated by ripe citrus aromas, with hints of tangerine peel in evidence, and deep aromas of orange and ripe peaches. It also presents delicate balsamic nuances and very balanced acidity.
