Casa Ermelinda Freitas Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho is a complex and intensely aromatic white wine from the region of Peninsula de Setubal. Dominated by floral fragrances and intense citrus and tropical fruit aromas is a very balanced wine with good notes of wood and a good acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa Ermelinda Freitas Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho is a white wine produced in the Region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature and stayed for 5 months in stainless steel tanks being transferred for French oak barrels where it was subjected to a regular stirring for 4 months prior to being stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
