Casa Ermelinda Freitas Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho is a complex and intensely aromatic white wine from the region of Peninsula de Setubal. Dominated by floral fragrances and intense citrus and tropical fruit aromas is a very balanced wine with good notes of wood and good acidity.
Winemaking:
Casa Ermelinda Freitas Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho is a white wine produced in the Region of Peninsula de Setubal with white grapes such as Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature and stayed for 5 months in stainless steel tanks, being transferred to French oak barrels, where it was subjected to a regular stirring for 4 months prior to being stabilised, filtered and bottled.

Casa Ermelinda Freitas Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho is a complex and elegant white wine from the Peninsula region of Setubal, very poised with delicious citric and tropical fruit aromas, notes of good wood and great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
