Titular Colheita is an elegant and fresh white wine. Displays fresh aromas with notes of lemon, lime and apple. It is a fruity white wine, with good notes of minerality and extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Titular Colheita is a white wine produced with Encruzado and field blend's white grape varieties of Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, and Bical from the Dão wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 6 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Titular Colheita is a fruity and fresh white wine. It presents aromas dominated by notes of lemon and lime, nuances of aromas of orchard stone fruits such as apple and pear. It is a white wine of great elegance, with well-integrated mineral notes and soft acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
