Bacalhoa Greco di Tufo is a white wine produced in the Peninsula de Setubal Region with white grapes of Greco di Tufo. The wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, and it has stayed for 4 months, in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to a regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Bacalhoa Greco di Tufo is a structured white wine, full of fragrances of citrus fruits and tropical fruits, such as grapefruit, orange, and pineapple, highlighting some nuances of dried flowers such as lavender and thyme. It is firm, with good acidity, very balanced and cleaned in the aromas.
Store and Serve Advice:
