Esculpido Avesso Vinhas Velhas is an aromatically complex and markedly mineral green white wine. Expressing citrus notes, it presents tropical nuances, notes of passion fruit and pineapple, pigmented with tones of lime and lemon peel. Present subtle floral, balsamic notes and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Esculpido Avesso Vinhas Velhas is a white wine produced from white varieties of Avesso from vines over 80 years old from the Vinho Verde wine region. Fermentation took place in French oak barrels where it was subjected to regular stirring for 10 months, at controlled temperatures before being bottled.

Esculpido Avesso Vinhas Velhas is a structured white Vinho Verde, aromatically surprising, displaying delicious citrus notes among hints of tropical fruit, such as passion fruit. It is a fantastic green wine, dry, mineral and with fabulous acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
