Herdade do Rocim is an elegant and clean white wine which exhibits wonderful citrus aromas, and delicate fragrances of spring flowers, with a velvety texture. It also presents notes of dried fruits, roasted almonds and hazelnuts along with fine acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Rocim is a white wine produced with white grapes of Antão Vaz, Arinto, and Viosinho planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation the wine stayed in contact with fine lees, and where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 8 months, prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade do Rocim is an elegant white wine, aromatically fresh and with a very silky texture. It presents high quality citrus notes, such as aromas of lime and tangerine intertwined in thin floral layers and acidity very well integrated into a very harmonious set of its aromatic bouquet.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
