Quinta do Gradil Chardonnay is a white wine with a fruity aroma, with a velvety texture and quite elegant, of the region of Lisbon. It has aromas of yellow flesh fruits like white plums, banana and pineapple and nuances to citrus fruits. It is endowed with a fantastic minerality along with an extremely balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta do Gradil Chardonnay is a white wine produced in the region of Lisboa with Chardonnay white grape's varieties. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to being fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. 20% of the batch was stayed in French oak barrels for 8 months, and subjected to a regular stirring and the rest has stayed in stainless steel tanks prior to being blended, stabilized, filtrated and bottled.

Quinta do Gradil Chardonnay is an intense white wine from the Lisbon region, with aromas of tropical fruit and yellow bark fruit combined with citric fragrances, good minerality and an extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
