Vale Dona Maria Vinha de Martim is a white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of old vines with more than eighty years old of age from the Quinta Vale Dona Maria in the Douro Wine Region. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation, the wine has been transferred to new's and 2 and 3 years used's French oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees and where it has been subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being decanted, filtered and bottled.
