Vinhas Da Teixuga is a white wine that presents an open aromatic bouquet with aromas of ripe citrus and tropical notes. It presents delicate balsamic fragrances, notes of hazelnuts and dried fruits, with smoky notes. It is a fresh white wine, with strong mineral interpretations and particularly saline expressions together with extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Vinhas Da Teixuga is a white wine produced with field blend's white grape varieties of old vines from the Dão wine region. It is fermented using only natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks. The wine has maturated for 3 months in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees, and was subjected to regular stirring, prior to being transferred to French oak barrels for 12 months. This white wine is the ultimate result of the 3 different batches, from the 2016, 17 and 2018 harvests.

Vinhas Da Teixuga is a white wine that displays expressive aromas of ripe citrus fruits such as apricots, tangerines and apricots, along with delicious notes of dried fruits such as hazelnuts and roasted almonds and smoked notes. It is a complex and velvety white wine, fresh and mineral and with delicate and very well integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature of 8°C to 10°C.
