Quinta de Cidrô Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes of Sauvignon Blanc planted in the Region of the Douro. After a short period of maceration, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature. It was stayed for 9 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees, and at the final 4 months, the wine was subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being decantated, filtrated, and bottled.
Quinta de Cidrô Sauvignon Blanc is an elegant and fresh white wine from the Douro region dominated by citrus notes along with aromas of tropical fruits and a very balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
