Quinta de Cidrô Sauvignon Blanc is a soft and mineral white wine from the Douro region, which has a velvety structure, highlighting the citric notes very well integrated into the aromas of tropical fruits that give it a great freshness along with a great acidity.
Winemaking:
Quinta de Cidrô Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced in the Douro region with white grapes of Sauvignon Blanc planted in the Region of the Douro. After a short period of maceration, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature. It was stayed for 9 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees, and at the final 4 months, the wine was subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being decantated, filtrated, and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
