Monte da Ravasqueira Sauvignon Blanc is an intensely aromatic, fresh and vigorous white wine. It presents a great aromatic amplitude, highlights the citric notes, the tropical fruits and herbaceous notes. It is a mineral white wine, refined and with very elegant acidity.
Winemaking:
Monte da Ravasqueira Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced with white grapes of Sauvignon Blanc planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, the wine has stayed in stainless steel vats, for 6 months, in contact with fine lees, and it was subjected to a regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Monte da Ravasqueira Sauvignon Blanc is a delicate, elegant white wine that presents predominantly citric aromas and a lot of fresh nuances from the Alentejo region. It also has a vigorous aromatic range, showing tropical aromas, hints of pineapple, passion fruit and lime and fantastic acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
