Poças Fora da Série Cerceal is a full-bodied white wine, with aromatic complexity and citric structure. It is a wine that presents delicate floral aromas, salinity notes, white peel fruit, such as pear and apple. It also presents citrus acidity very well integrated in balsamic aromas of vanilla and light scents of dried fruit.
Winemaking:
Poças Fora da Série Cerceal is a white wine produced from white, autochthonous Cerceal grapes from old vines planted in the Douro region. After fermentation in stainless steel vats, the wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it remained in contact with fine lees and was stirred regularly for 9 months before bottling.

Poças Fora da Série Cerceal is a full-bodied, complex white wine of extraordinary elegance. It combines ripe citrus aromas with white peel fruit flavors and balsamic notes. It is a fresh white wine, mineral, unctuous and immensely gastronomic.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
