Pegos Claros Blanc de Noirs is a complex and surprisingly fresh white wine. Of wide open aromas, it presents an elegant combination of green fruits and citric nuances. It is a full-bodied white wine, which presents an extraordinary acidity and great minerality.
Winemaking:
Pegos Claros Blanc de Noirs is a white wine produced with red grapes of Castelão. The wine was obtained from the juice of the firsts grapes pressings. After the pressing process, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats. 20% of the batch was ageing in new French oak barrels and the rest of the batch has stayed in stainless steel tanks. The wine is subjected to a regular stirring for 5 months prior to being blended and bottled.

Pegos Claros Blanc de Noirs is an elegant white wine, with a velvety structure and full of intense aromas of whitebark fruits and citric nuances. It is a white wine with freshness and great minerality combined with woody notes and delicious greasiness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
