Aveleda Solos de Xisto Alvarinho is a complex white wine, velvety and predominantly of tropical aromas from the Vinho Verde region. It is a complex white wine, with tropical notes and citrus nuances, balanced by very balanced citrus acidity. It is a satiny white wine, with a light floral and minerality, full of tropicality and citric acidity.
Winemaking:
Aveleda Solos de Xisto is a white wine produced in the wine region of the Vinhos Verdes with white grapes of Alvarinho planted in xist soils. The grapes were subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures. The fermentation process has occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and the wine has stayed in stainless steel vats, in contact with fine lees and subjected to regular stirring for 9 months prior to being bottled.

Aveleda Solos de Xisto Alvarinho is an extraordinary white wine from the Vinho Verde region. It is characterized by its velvety structure, almost satiny and with predominantly tropical aromas with citrus notes and delicate floral notes. The flavors of ripe grapefruit, aromas of basil and mint and pineapple notes stand out. It is a complex, structured green wine, full of minerality and vibrant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C to 12°C.
