Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After destemming and pressing, the wort obtained underwent a short skin maceration and a cold clarification for 3 days. This was followed by fermentation and a short stage in wooden barrels, where some of the White Greens Alvarinhos Wines of Anselmo Mendes are aged, giving rise to this Anselmo Mendes Pardusco, Red Green Wine, from one of the most reputed regions of Portuguese Green Wines, Region of Melgaço and Monção.

Vinhão, Alvarelhão, Cainho, Borraçal, Pedral.

Store at a temperature of 15 °C. Serve at a temperature between 8 - 10 °C.
Giroflé Alvarinho is an extraordinary Vinho Verde white wine, both for its aromaticity and for its minerality and freshness. It is a markedly citrus white wine, with tropical notes and floral fragrances. It is tense, fresh, with delicate balsamic aromas and very elegant citrus acidity.
Maria Papoila is a white wine from the region of the Vinho Verde which features plenty of intense aromatic fragrances, citric fruit aromas, and an amazing acidity.
Reveals a bright, straw open with citrus reflexes. The aroma is typically the caste, intense and delicately fruity with notes of stone fruit and slight jam. On the palate the wine is full, with a complex flavor, ripe fruit, harmonious and very long finish and persistent.
Casa de Vilacetinho Alvarinho is an intensely aromatic and complex white wine, dominated by citrus notes, highlighting aromas of tropical fruits such as passion fruit and notes of orange blossom. It is a solid and fresh white wine with very striking mineral notes and a very balanced acidity.
Santiago na Anfora do Rocim is a complex white wine, full-bodied, ripe, and with citric aromas. It presents earthy mineral notes, salinity, density, and velvety structure, accompanied by a balanced acidity.
Citrus yellow color. Many elegant and fragrant aromas where the notes of the high quality wood stand out. Smooth and extremely mineral with smoky nuances. Excellent structure and acidity. It finishes very elegant and long, with delicate finish of the Alvarinho variety.
