Maria Papoila Alvarinho is an intense and complex green wine of pronounced whitebark fruit aromas. It also presents delicious notes of citrus fruits, mineral nuances, some greasiness in the mouth and an extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Maria Papoila Alvarinho is a white wine produced with Alvarinho autochthonous white grapes variety in the Vinho Verde region. After the pressing process, the wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats and it was subjected to an extended maceration. The wine has stayed in stainless steel vats for 9 months and it was subjected to a regular stirring, on the lasts 5 months, prior to being bottled.

Maria Papoila Alvarinho is an extraordinarily balanced wine with intense aromas of whitebark fruits along with notes of citrus, such as lime and lemon, and finishes in an impeccably balanced citric acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
