Winemaking:
This White Green Wine, Anselmo Mendes Muros Antigos Alvarinho, was produced exclusively from the Alvarinho grape variety in the Region of Monção and Melgaço, one of the most renowned Vinho Verde production Regions. The vineyards are situated by the river at low altitude. After harvesting, a slight skin maceration was carried out. The gentle clarification was done under low temperatures. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures 14-22 ° C. This White Green Wine, aged for a minimum period of 4 months on fine lees with a regular batonnage before the filtration and bottling.
