Casa de Compostela Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde wine region with white grapes of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was subjected to a short maceration prior to the fermentation process at controlled temperatures and it was stayed in contact with fine lees for 9 months in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.

Casa de Compostela Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine that has a fresh and fruity character, showing aromas of tropical fruits, mandarin, and lime nuances. It is an elegant, fresh, and very balanced white wine.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18°C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Almanua Terroir Maritimo is an eclectic, mineral and aromatic white wine. It displays a mineralized profile in which saline notes are present in an aromatic bouquet where citrus and stone fruit aromas such as red apple and pear stand out, enveloped in delicate balsamic notes and very well-integrated acidity.
