Vila Real Premium is an elegant white wine from the Douro, of great aromatic intensity and velvety structure. Its aromatic bouquet presents aromas of exotic fruits and citrus notes with balsamic perfumes and barrels notes that give it freshness and polished acidity.
Winemaking:
Vila Real Premium is a white wine produced in the Douro wine region with autochthonous white grapes from old vines of Viosinho, Malvasia Fina, and Gouveio. The wine was fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel and French oak vats at controlled temperatures. After the fermentation process, part of the batch (the part who has fermented in oak vats) was transferred to used's oak French barrels, for 4 months, where the wine has been subjected to a regular stirring prior to being blended and bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Vila Real Premium is a white wine from the Douro wine region produced by Adega Vila Real and has a complex profile, intense aromas of tropical fruits and ripe citrus and a velvety structure. It presents subtle notes of barrel that gives it a dry, fresh and mineral character in balance with a very elegant and markedly citric acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
