Winemaking:
The grapes of Alvarinho, Loureiro, Avesso, were harvested manually. After complete de-stemming and pressing, the wort obtained was slightly macerated before the fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures. The wine was made in contact with fine lees with regular batonnage, during 4 months, giving rise to this Anselmo Mendes, 3 Rios, White Wine, from one of the most reputed regions of Portuguese Green Wines, Region of Melgaço, Monção.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store at a temperature of 15 °C. Serve at a temperature between 8 - 10ºC.
