Genese Cima Alvarinho is a white wine with a complex aromatic profile, velvety texture, and exuberant citrus aromas. It displays a profile of ripe and sweet citrus aromas, with hints of vanilla and tropical fruits alongside a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Genese Cima Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde Region with white 100% grape varieties of Alvarinho. The wine has fermented at a controlled temperature in cement oval vats. After the fermentation process, part of the wine was staged in French oak barrels in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to a regular stirring prior to being decanted, mixed and bottled.

Genese Cima Alvarinho is a white wine with a rich, fine, and mineral aromatic profile. It presents an aromaticity with an irreproachable freshness conferred by a bouquet of dominant citrus aromas alongside notes of tropical fruits such as passion fruit, balsamic hints of vanilla, and very well-balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
