Winemaking:
This White Green Wine, Anselmo Mendes Muros Antigos Avesso, was produced exclusively from the Avesso grape variety in the Region Baião, one of the most renowned Vinho Verde production Regions. After harvesting, a slight skin maceration was carried out. The gentle clarification was done under low temperatures. The fermentation occurred at controlled temperatures 14-22 ° C. This White Green Wine, aged for a minimum period of 4 months on fine lees with a regular batonnage before the filtration and bottling.
