Citrine yellow color, aroma with restricted and elegant profile with mineral notes and dry finish. This white wine, Soalheiro Granit, reveals the more mineral side of the Alvarinho variety ending with a dry and persistent finish.
Winemaking:
The grapes from the Alvarinho grape variety were hand picked in small capacity boxes. After pressing, the wort obtained was decanted for 48 hours. Thereafter the fermentation took place at controlled temperature, using yeasts pre-selected for the purpose. The bottling was carried out after the batonnage and the stage in the fine lees.
