Yellow color with intense highlights. Elegant and persistent aroma with nuances of citrus, lemon and lime fruits and woods. The freshness and the fruit of the Alvarinho variety predominates over the floral fragrances. The flavor is full bodied and complex.
Winemaking:
The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho grape variety, were harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the wort obtained was decanted for 48 hours. Fermentation and stage in French oak casks (new and used barrels) were followed, remaining in the fine lees with periodic batonnage until the end of June, giving rise to this, Soalheiro Reserve, White Wine, from one of the most reputed regions of Portuguese Green Wines, Melgaço and Monção Region.
