The grapes are harvested manually in boxes of small capacity and carried to the cellar in a short space of time. After the pressing and before fermentation, with controlled temperature, the must was decanted during 48 hours at low temperature. The objective of vinification is to obtain an Alvarinho Soalheiro that concentrates the quality of the grapes and that allows to a good evolution in the bottle.

Quinta de Santiago is a very delicate rosé wine with a crystalline appearance and salmon colour. It presents elegant and subtle wild red fruit flavors. It is a structured, fresh and mineral rosé wine, with fantastic acidity.
Light lemon peel color. Intense citrus and floral aromas. Structured, rich in acidity, fresh, with fruity and dry finish. It ends with the strong character of the caste with flowers and citrus fruits.
Aveleda Manoel Pedro Guedes is a complex, opulent and intensely aromatic green wine from the Vinho Verde region. Dom Diogo Vinhão is a Red wine from the Vinho Verde wine region and presents a vigorous and full character. It is a red wine with a robust structure, which presents dominant notes of black fruits, mainly blackberries and blueberries, and vibrant acidity.
Citrus yellow color with fine, persistent bubble. The aroma reveals the fruit of the Alvarinho variety, ripe citrus fruits and some tropical fruits, denoting a good balance between acidity and alcohol. The flavor has persistence and complexity.
