Adro da Sé Encruzado is a white wine with delicate aromas and mineral character of the Dão wine region. Emphasizing the fragrances the orange blossom, linden and lemon balm, it brings subtle lemon and lemon aromas, velvety structure, toasted almond notes and very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Adro da Sé Encruzado is a white wine produced in the Dão wine region with white grapes of Encruzado. After a short period of maceration, the wine has fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation, it has been transferred to used's French oak Barrels, in contact with fine lees and subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being decanted, filtered and bottled.

Adro da Sé Encruzado is an elegant, fresh and very delicate white wine. It presents fragrances of orange flower, lemon grass and linden tree along with delicious aromas of lime, lemon, very discrete wood, and extraordinary acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
