Goblet is a white wine full of character, authenticity and aromatic quality from the wine region of Trás os Montes. It presents citrus notes, closed but present floral bouquet, lively acidity but balanced with open mineral notes that give it a freshness and balance of great prominence.
Winemaking:
Goblet is a white wine produced from a blend of autochthonous white grape varieties from old vines planted in the Trás os Montes wine region. The grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats, where they have been fermented at a controlled temperature for 28 days. The wine was transferred to French oak barrels where it has stayed, in contact with fine lees, where it has been subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Goblet is a complex and enveloping white wine from the Trás os Montes region. It is very mineral, tense, full of citrus notes and slight floral nuances. It presents great aromatic depth, wild fruit notes and vibrant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
