Guyot is an elegant white wine, with a velvety texture and delicate citrus aromas. It is a very structured white wine, balsamic and mineral, with floral fragrances, great depth and freshness and delicate acidity.

Winemaking:
Guyot is a white wine produced from a blend of autochthonous white grape varieties from old vines of different plots planted in the Trás os Montes wine region. The grapes were de-stemmed, crushed and transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats, where they have been fermented at a controlled temperature for 28 days. The wine was transferred to very old French oak barrels where it has stayed, in contact with fine lees, where it has been subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Guyot is a complex, mineral, delicately citrus white wine. It presents a velvety and elegant structure, floral fragrances, basic notes and well-integrated acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
Segredos de São Miguel is a fresh, aromatic white wine with medium aromatic intensity. With a focus on aromas of orchard fruits, such as apple and peach, citrus and mineral notes are highlighted, flanked by good acidity.
Messias Bairrada Classico is a white wine with a solid structure from the region of Bairrada. An extraordinary wine, with a dry profile, aromas of yellow fruits, such as pears and apples, and an irreproachable acidity.
Quinta de Arcossó Grande Reserva is an extraordinarily complex and vigorous white wine. Expressing notes of tropical fruits, it reveals a fantastic minerality flanked by nuances of ripe citrus fruits, such as mandarin and ripe peaches and floral fragrances. It presents balsamic aromas, notes of beeswax and dried fruit and ends with elegant acidity.
Quinta do Regueiro Barricas is a complex, enveloping Vinho Verde that features soft mecadamic notes, citrus nuances and exotic fruit notes. It is a white wine produced only from the Alvarinho variety, unctuous and velvety, with a delicate aromatic nature and very elegant acidity.
Foral D’Evora is a white wine that displays well-defined citrus, orange and tangerine aromatic notes, with mineral nuances, iodized and salinified notes along with delicate floral fragrances and fantastic acidity.
Cedro do Noval is a fresh, rich, creamy white wine from the Douro region. It combines freshness, citric fruit aromas and notes of very well-integrated wood touches with its fantastique acidity.
