From the vines planted at the Eugénio de Almeida Foundation the grapes after the harvest were selected, cooled and lightly pressed. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 16ºC. The wine matured in stainless steel vats for 10 months, was stabilized in the cold before bottling.

Quinta de Azevedo Reserva is an extraordinary white wine from the wine region of Vinhos Verdes. It presents itself with a velvety texture, lightly floral, and fantastic aromas of ripe citrus fruits. It is an engaging white wine, full, mineral, with very balanced citrus acidity.

Bacalhôa Chardonnay is a rich and mineral white wine, with predominant notes of peach and pineapple, typical of the chardonnay variety, combined with small touches of toast. In the mouth, it is concentrated, with an imposing acidity and a mineral touch. The finish is full and persistent.
