Vallado Rose has a distinct perfume and a structured character. It's a ripe wine with a beautifully balance. It does have rich fruit, raspberries and wild strawberries. It also has a fine texture with plenty of acidity as well as a touch of pepper.
Winemaking:
Vallado Rose is made out of Touriga Nacional from the higher point of Quinta do Vallado, leading to a low percentage of alcohol and great acidity. It was vinified with the traditional method called "Bica Aberta", and it has the typical aromas of roses and wild fruits, a characteristic of Touriga Nacional. The grapes of Touriga Nacional have been fermented in through this process for one month with temperatures varying between 14º and 16º. Aged for 5 months in Stainless Steel vats.

Tasting Notes:
Vallado Rose it's soft with rich ripe red fruit flavours, typical of the Touriga Nacional, crispy with an exciting acidity that ends with an enthusiastic freshness.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 8°C-10°C.
