Herdade do Sobroso Sobro is a mineral rosé wine, intensely aromatic with flavours of wild red fruit, aromas of cherry and raspberry and citrus notes as orange peel. It displays a delicate, elegant and versatile bouquet.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Sobroso Sobro is a rosé wine produced with red grapes of Aragonez planted in the Alentejo wine region. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures. The wine has staged 4 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with the fine lees and subjected to regular stirred, prior to being bottled.

Herdade do Sobroso Sobro is an elegant, fresh and mineral rosé wine. It presents aromas of wild red fruits, mineral notes and very mild citrus acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
