Cadão Douro is an elegant, aromatic, fresh and mineral rosé wine. It has notes of wild red fruits, such as raspberries, wild strawberries and currants and very soft acidity.
Winemaking:
Cadão Douro is a rosé wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, and Tinta Roriz from the Douro wine region. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at low temperatures. The wine has stayed 4 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with the fine lees, before being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Cadão Douro is an aromatic, mineral and fresh rosé wine. It presents delicious notes of wild red fruits, citrus notes and very elegant acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
