Adega de Borba Reserva Rótulo de Cortiça is an intense white wine with aromas of tropical fruits from the Alentejo region. Dominating by citric notes and tropical fruits, it presents a rich and complex structure, full of freshness and great acidity.
Winemaking:
Adega de Borba Reserva Rótulo de Cortiça is a white wine produced in the Alentejo region with white grapes varieties such as Arinto, Alvarinho and Verdelho. After a short period of maceration, the wine was subjected to a fermentation process at a controlled temperature. 30% of the batch, was aged in French oak barrels and the rest stayed 9 months in stainless steel tanks, in contact with fine lees, prior the wine be blended, decantated, filtrated and bottled.

Arinto, Alvarinho, Verdelho.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
