Tapada Villar Regional is a white wine from the Alentejo wine region that expresses notes of ripe orchard fruits along with tropical nuances such as passion fruit and pineapple. It is a wine with a dry and mineral character, slightly floral and finishes with delicate acidity.
Winemaking:
Tapada de Villar Regional is a white wine produced with white grapes of Roupeiro, Antão Vaz, and Chardonnay planted in the Alentejo wine region. The fermentation process took place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures where it stayed in contact with fine lees, where it was subjected to regular stirring, for 4 months, prior to being bottled.
