Casal da Ventozela Alvarinho is a fantastic white wine, from the Vinho Verde region, full of aromas of white fruits, citric fruits, and mineral notes. It is a wine of complex structure, soft on the mouth, with great freshness and delicious acidity.
Winemaking:
Casal de Ventozela Alvarinho is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde region, only with white grapes of Alvarinho. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, 10% of the batch aged in new's French oak barrels, subjected to a regular stirring for 9 months, the rest batch stayed in stainless steel tanks prior to being bottled.

Casal da Ventozela Alvarinho is a fresh and complex white wine, from the Vinho Verde region, loaded with citric notes, notes of white fruits such as green apples, pears, and white peaches with a background of silky vanilla hints. It is a white wine with great a minerality, and acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
