Dona Ermelinda white wine is produced from grapes from young vines from Fernão Pires, Arinto, Antão Vaz and Chardonnay varieties. The fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at temperature controlled vats, followed by a 3 month ageing period in French and American oak barrels.

Dona Ermelinda white wine has a pale straw colour. It's a tropical white wine with strongs appeals to pineapple, mango and banana. It has a good balance between the acidity, fruit and wood. It has a long-lasting and fresh finish.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store in a cool place (15ºC). Serve at 10ºC-12ºC.
