Dona Graça Viosinho Reserva is an elegant, fruity, and citric white wine. It presents velvety texture, notes of peach and quinces, and citrus nuances of tangerine. It is mineral, fresh, and balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Dona Graça Viosinho Reserva is a white wine produced with white grapes of Viosinho from the Douro wine region. After the pressing process, 25% of the batch has fermented in French oak vats and the rest has fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine has has stayed in contact with fine lees, and it has been subjected to a regular stirring for 2 months, prior to being blended, decanted, filtered and bottled.
