Casal de Ventozela Avesso is an intense and complex white wine from the Vinho Verde region, with intense notes of citrus fruits such as orange, peach and almond fragrances. It has a dry, mineral character and finishes in a very balanced acidity.
Winemaking:
Casal de Ventozela Avesso is a white wine produced in the Vinho Verde region with the exclusive white grapes of Avesso. After the fermentation process at controlled temperatures, the wine has stayed for 4 months in new's French oak barrels, and it was subjected to a regular stirring, prior to being bottled.

Casal de Ventozela Avesso is a white wine structured and fresh from the region of Vinho Verde. It's dominated by citric fruity aromas of orange and peaches combines almond notes, an exquisite minerality, marked by a velvety structure and a great acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
