Quinta dos Carvalhais Encruzado is a white wine from Dão produced only with Encruzado's Grapes. The wine was fermented in used oak barrels, and it stayed for 3 months in contact with fine lees and subjected to a soft stirring. It stayed for a further 6 months in new French oak barrels before it was filtered and bottled.

Store and Serve Advice:
Store at a temperature of 18 ° C. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
